1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a pickup, or tendering a shipment to PAFEX, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PAFEX provides domestic and international express delivery, air and ocean freight, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment and related logistics services. Service availability, transit times and coverage areas may vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipper Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete consignor, consignee and shipment information.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled and legally permitted for carriage.
• Not tender prohibited, hazardous, restricted or illegal items without prior written approval.
• Comply with all applicable customs, export and import regulations.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain commodities — including but not limited to currency, precious metals, firearms, narcotics, hazardous materials and perishables — may be restricted or prohibited. PAFEX may refuse, hold or return any shipment that violates these restrictions or applicable law.

5. Charges & Payment

Charges are calculated on the basis of actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), destination, service level and any applicable surcharges, duties or taxes. All charges are payable as per the agreed credit terms or at the time of booking. PAFEX reserves the right to revise rates and reweigh/remeasure any shipment.

6. Liability & Claims

Our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited as per the carriage terms on the consignment note and applicable law. PAFEX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Claims must be lodged in writing within the timelines specified on the consignment note, failing which the claim shall be deemed waived.

7. Delivery & Transit Times

Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by force majeure, customs, incorrect address, security checks or events beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to a refund unless covered by a specific service guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the PAFEX name — is the property of Patel Air Freight Express Limited and protected by applicable laws. It may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

PAFEX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
